Interface Summary

Filterable	This interface is used to allow the FILTER to work on Attributes and the FrameSpan.
Filterable.Rule	This object tests a given value against a rule.

Class Summary

LimitationsParser	Purpose: Will parse out the limitations which will be used to figure out the subset from the test set and the result set which will be used for comparissons in the gtfC.
RuleHolder	Holds the rules for the specific descriptors and their attributes.
Rules	This class is simply a bunch of factory classes for standard rule types.
