The jMpeg Pure Java, Frame Accurate MPEG-1 Video Decoder

There was no frame accurate Java media player, so we needed to make one. Thanks to Jonathan , we now have one. Implemented from the spec, it is a pretty good decoder, if a little slow, but it supports indexing individual frames. If you would like to use it, it is currently available, with the Lesser GPL license, as part of the the "Full" package from the latest release of ViPER . The code is in the jmpeg subdirectory. If anyone wishes for me to create a seperate package, send an RFE to sourceforge or drop a message to our google group .
